Dongle
In order to fetch data from your car, a dongle is required. The Apple iOS CanZE app uses a WiFi-connection with a WiFi dongle through the ODB connection of your car. More info about this dongle under “Hardware”.
ODB connector
For PH1 cars (basically all but ZE50 and the new ZE40): You can find the ODB-connector somewhere in the dash of your car. Renault ZOE’s have their ODB-connector in the little storage compartment where you find your SD-slot, USB- and AUX-connector. Remove the lid on the bottom that covers the ODB-connector and plug the dongle in.
BTW, great tip here how to do this easily after the first time.
For the later models the connector is in the footwell, against the outward facing panel.
