I think that my ZOE’s TCU is also defective. It all seemed to go wrong after the new MyZE Online arrived (but that may be just a coincidence). My last charge data is 22/2/16. I can’t remember the last time I had an ‘End of Charge Notification’ email. Also, I no longer get traffic updates.

There is no info showing for the SIM card.

I’ve informed Renault CS, but they are taking their time to reply.

Does anyone know where the TCU is situated? I’ve tried giving it a reboot by removing the fuse, and that didn’t help; but maybe reseating the SIM might.
